1. Make a QuickTime movie using
one of these export methods:
2. Upload the QT movie to your public/media folder in
PantherFile.
3. Take a screen shot of your movie in a QT player following these directions written by Michael Verdi.
4. Upload this .jpg photo to the public/images folder in PantherFile.
5. Copy the full URL for the screenshot of the QuickTime movie you want to post into the clip board with APPLE+C or COMMAND +C.
6. Create a
new Post in Blogger.
7. Name the Post in the Post Title cell.
8. Click in
the main body of the Post.
9. Click on
the Picture Icon in the Blogger Create Post tool bar. Click your cursor into
the URL window that opens and delete everything that is in the URL window (with
APPLE+A +DELETE or COMMAND + A + DELETE).
10. With the
cursor still in the cleared URL window, press APPLE+V or Command +V to paste in
the FULL URL for the screenshot.
11. Go to PantherFile and copy the Full URL for the
corresponding QuickTime movie into your
clip board with APPLE+C or COMMAND +C.
12. Click on the screenshot that you just added in the body
of your Blog Post to select it.
13. Click on the Link button in the tool bar.
14. In the window that opens, paste in the Full URL of the QT
movie that is in your clipboard.
15. Publish the Post. You should be able to click on the
screenshot and the movie will load in a browser page and play.
16. Using Post Edit, you can add text next to the QT movie
picture. Note that when a visitor clicks on the PLAY arrow of the movie
picture, they are selecting a link to the movie.
